Wealth Advisory · through Banca Generali Private

Wealth is not only what you leave behind. It is what you make possible.

I work with individuals, families and entrepreneurs whose wealth is significant and complex, connecting investments, risk and liquidity with life projects and continuity across generations, as a Wealth Advisor for Banca Generali.

Three generations of a family gathered around a large map while the youngest person adds a mark
One shared history. Several generations. Decisions still to be written.

Money is part of the design. Not the whole design.

Wealth can create freedom, support a family, give continuity to a business and open possibilities for those who come next.

But money alone does not determine which future it should serve, which risks are truly sustainable or what must not be lost. That is why the conversation does not begin with a product. It begins with the function wealth is meant to perform.

Before asking “where should I invest?”, another question comes first: what do you want to make possible?

02

An integrated perspective

The portfolio is one component. Wealth is the system.

The quality of a decision changes when each component is read in relation to the others. Through Banca Generali and, where required, its specialist teams, Group companies and selected partners, the analysis may extend beyond financial investments.

01 · Financial

Investments, risk and liquidity

Objectives, time horizons, capacity to withstand volatility, diversification and liquidity requirements are brought into one view, in accordance with the client’s profile and the Bank’s procedures.

02 · Family

Succession and continuity

The family and wealth position may be analysed from a succession perspective, considering scenarios, instruments and consequences with the support of dedicated structures and professionals.

03 · Business

The entrepreneur’s wealth

Company interests, business liquidity, ownership structures and moments of transition require a clear distinction between business risk and family risk — and specialist expertise when needed.

04 · Real estate

Value, income and liquidity

Real-estate holdings may be mapped and considered by weight, income, cost and liquidity. Valuations, transactions and technical services are entrusted to the specialist providers appointed under each service.

05 · Art and passions

Collectibles within the wider picture

Works of art and other valuable assets remain part of the wealth map. Qualified partners handle valuation, custody, transfer or sale and purchase under the relevant engagement.

Succession can transfer everything without clarifying what should continue.

It is not enough to decide which assets will change hands. The family must also understand which freedom, responsibility and project that wealth should support.

Planning can organise the instruments. Continuity also requires questions that precede them: who will decide, according to which criteria, with what degree of autonomy, and without passing on a role the next generation never chose.

01

What should remain when the founder no longer makes the decisions?

02

Which freedom should wealth buy — and which dependency must it not create?

03

Which decision-making principle should cross generations, beyond the assets?

Seeing together what is so often considered separately.

Technology can expand the depth of analysis. Decisions remain grounded in data, suitability, dialogue and human responsibility.

01

Map

Reconstruct financial and non-financial components, liabilities, concentrations and the connections between personal, family and business wealth.

02

Define the function

Clarify which projects, needs and degrees of freedom capital must support across short-, medium- and long-term horizons.

03

Stress-test

Assess risk, liquidity, correlations, horizons and real consequences: not only how far an asset may move, but when the family might need the capital.

04

Build and monitor

Translate the map into coherent choices and revisit them as markets, family circumstances, the business or objectives change, within the services activated with the Bank.

More assets and more advisers do not automatically create better governance.

In substantial estates, the most expensive risk may sit in the space between two sound but uncoordinated areas of expertise.

01

Hidden concentration

Many holdings may depend on the same source of risk; the business, real estate and portfolio may all react to the same scenario.

02

Multiple institutions

Several accounts and custodians multiply information, not necessarily diversification. An aggregated view is needed where contractually available.

03

Multigenerational objectives

The founder, the family and the business may have different timelines and priorities. The structure must make these tensions visible before they become urgent.

04

Governance and specialists

When companies, property, art, taxation or succession are involved, value does not come from adding another opinion. It comes from activating the right expertise within the right remit.

One central relationship. Specialist expertise when it is needed.

My role is to understand the whole picture, maintain continuity in the relationship and help you formulate the questions on which the choices depend.

Investment advice is provided within the relationship with Banca Generali S.p.A. For non-financial components, the process may involve the Bank’s central teams, Group companies and selected specialist partners. Legal, tax, real-estate, corporate and art-related services remain the responsibility of the appointed professionals and providers.

An important boundary. Giving direction to wealth does not mean promising an outcome. It means making objectives, risks, constraints and consequences visible before a decision is made.
